I found Luk Property Renovation to be a really professional service. Initial quote was accurate and he started and completed the work ontime and within budget. There were some additional pieces of work that came up and these were folded in with no difficulty at all. His work was done to a very high standard and this included painting a kitchen, a front room, some rather tricky stairs and two bed rooms. I've recently rented my flat and this, I'm sure, owes a lot to the work he did. I've already mentioned Luk Property renovation to some of my friends and it's a pleasure to write a reference for him. Fantastic service Luk Property Renovation completed the redecoration of my 3 bedroom house to my total satisfaction. Luk was careful to protect the carpet and wooden floors; he had to work very long and hard to replaster whole house inc artex ceiling which now looks wonderful; he worked cleanly and cleared up at the end of each day; he was pleasant, cheerful .
